Reconstruction of an old stone house inside Dubrovnik Old Town just by the main street Stradun was completed in 2016. The house was reconstructed into an exclusive boutique hotel with a reception, a spacious top floor apartment and four luxury rooms with bathrooms. Completed works; renovation of the facade, reconstruction of the roof and inter-storey structures, completion of the new internal staircase, adaptation of the spatial layout, interior decoration. This luxury hotel has 4 stars.
