Construction of a luxury family villa with outdoor swimming pool and a guest house with landscaping; gardens and terraces. Rough construction works; excavation of terrain for future foundations, concrete work using reinforced concrete and bricklaying structures, damp proof coarse materials laid down. Thermal and sound insulation of walls and floors. Facade made with Dolit stone and custom wooden windows were installed. Construction of a wooden roof made of laminated beams that remain visible inside the house, thermal insulation of the roof and covering with roofing tiles. Installation of stone pins around the windows and making of stone thresholds with the installation of benches under the windows.
The outer space setup refers to the excavation and construction of the pool. Paving the terrace with stone as well as setting up stone columns used as pillars for carrying the pergola. Masonry and filing of surrounding walls. Landscaping of the garden and promenade around the house. Particular attention was paid to lighting.
